Ray I just wanted to let you know how much I love my pans that my wife and I purchased 5 years ago this August. The pans and cutlery we bought were a substantial investment and we were both a little hesitant at first but fell in love with the product almost immediately. Almost 5 years later I love the products just as much, my favorite being the liquid core crockpot. I would highly recommend these pans over other brands in stores of which I have purchased and thrown out at least 2 sets of cookware. One final note, recently I dropped my shears on the floor and cracked them, (this is why I contacted you recently). The replacement shears are already on their way to us no questions asked. I was contacted within 12 hours of my phone call to you by the factory, outstanding customer service. Thanks again Ray.

Hello,

I wanted to write and let you know that my husband and I purchased cookware from Royal Prestige a year ago and I love it! I find that when I cook things they tend to cook quicker. Cleaning is a breeze - no matter what kind of mess I make with the pans all I have to do is soak it and it comes off! I also love the fact that I can use the pots and pans on the stove or in the oven - it is great. Thank you so much for inviting me to your presentation - it was well worth it!

My name is Charlotte. My finace, David, and I have attended two of your health systems cookware demonstrations. The most recent of which was at the Hampton Inn, in Marlboro, MA, in January of this year. We had also attended one of your demonstrations at the Best Western in Fitchburg, in Febuary of 2008. At the Fitchburg demonstration, we purchased a set cookware, casual china, crystal and tableware. At the Hamton Inn demonstration, we added the knife set to our previous plan.
Our wedding date is Saturday, and we are looking forward to using the two vacation packages we recieved, for our honeymoon. One of these is a Bahamas/Wyndham package for three days and two nights.
We absolutely love everything that we have ordered from Royal Prestige. We have used and do use everything that we have received. The health systems are fatastic and have cut cooking time down, tremendously.

It was great speaking with you again this morning. My husband Jave and I look forward to making our second Royal Prestige purchase shortly. We made our first purchase seven years ago at a bridal show and we have been very satisfied and pleased with the cookware and utensils that we have. At first I thought we were spending way too much on POTS, but over seven years we have not had to replace one thing, talk about investment! This is one of the best investments we have made! Jave, who does most of the cooking, talks about the cookware with all his friends and even wants to take the cookware with us when we go away. If we didn't have to pay the airlines for extra luggage, we would. Once you cook with them you can't cook with anything else.

Hi Ray!

I'm not sure if you'll remember Will and I, we came to one of your shows back in March or April. We are married now, and I wanted to let you know how we are doing. We got married on August 30, 2008 and couldn't be happier. I never thought I'd be the traditional "newly wed" and experience the "honeymoon phase" but I was wrong! We are so happy and after using our Royal Pretige products for about 9 months now we are so happy with how we spent our money. Not only are our products beautiful, but theyy are so sturdy and useful. It makes us happy to be able to serve our guests on matching, gorgeous dishes. Also, the pots and pans are so sturdy and amazing! Water boils SO quickly and we don't even have an induction stove! We love our product and we definitely consider the money well spent. We wanted to thank you so much for your patience and helpfullness. We really truly appreciate it.

Thanks again for another wonderful Royal Prestige purchase. I can't believe I have been a client of yours for over 20 years. Where does the time go? It seems like yesterday I bought my stoneware dishes. Can you believe that my first purchase was back in 1985?

I can't believe I have purchases so many products, including pans, stoneware, fine china, crystal, flatware, water purifiers, etc. and have yet to be disappointed. I have been pleased with every Royal Prestige purchase and never had any problems with the company or you. You have been dependable, honest, and caring with me. It seems no one takes the time to say Thank you these days, and I thought you deserved a proper thank you for all the years you have been there for me. I do appreciate it.

I adore my new everyday dishes. With kids the break resistant "china" is holding up better than I could have hoped! It seemed the dishwasher was eating up our dishes. It felt like I had to buy new glasses every month. The new ones are fantastic. No breaks, no cracks, etc. How wonderful to be able to have matching glasses and plates without having to buy replacements monthly.

The Oneida flatware still looks like new. It doesn't seem possible since it's used daily and for 20 years.

The pans also show little wear. My mother has bought many sets of store bought pans and worn them out, while I am still using my Royal Prestige pans some 15 years later.

And the water purifier has been a God send. Our water was so bad when Tina was a baby she was suffering from a good case of lead poisoning.  We couldn't figure out how she was getting poisoned. We didn't have lead paint in our house, we didn't read the Sunday comics, etc. The pediatrician was dumbfounded by the results and ran more lead tests multiple times Much to our surprise the Royal Prestige water purification system took care of the problem. After using it, Tina's next lead test came back with low normal levels of lead. I can't express our appreciation to you strongly enough for saving our daughter's health. Prolonged lead poisoning can cause permanent damage to a child.

I look forward to future purchases with you and Royal Prestige. Great products and wonderful service. A winning combination if you ask me.

Happy New Year!

My wife and I received our most recent order in time for Christmas (as promised) and it was as great as the first time we ordered from Royal Prestige Northeast more than 5 years ago. I want to thank you for introducing my family to Royal Prestige, about four years ago.  Up until the presentation we never heard about them before, but we tell everyone this was by far the best investment we have ever done.  The cookware works perfectly, and it cleans easily.  The knife set is out of this world.  We are currently living at our in-laws and our entire set is in storage, we miss it so much, and we only cook twice per week.

My in-laws pots and pans along with knives et are supposedly "top of the line" but they do not compare.  It takes so long to take the skin off four chicken breasts - I refused to do it any more.  And I hate having to use two pots for two different vegetables because the flavor mixes.  With our R.P. pots we could just put it in one pot and each would taste perfect.

The service is amazing as well!!  I have been told about many "life time warranty" but R.P. really stands behind their products.  One day a family member stopped by our house and used one of our steak knives for something other than to use with food.  The knife tip bent. We were very upset since first we were not informed what it was being used for and second we thought to ourselves "this would not be covered under the warranty."  It took us about a month to muster up the courage to call and ask for a replacement, much to our surprise they sent us a new steak knife and there were not complaints what so ever.  Now that is life time warranty!!!!

Dear Royal Prestige,  Thank you so much for introducing us to Royal Prestige's knives, pots and pans!  When first using the knives, I was continually amazed that I didn't have to keep cutting back and forth to get the knife to cut!  It cut my food with one try!  I even had a dream about the quality of the knives that evening!

We didn't buy the RP silverware set and are now regretting it!  We got silverware as a wedding gift and after washing then once in the dishwasher, they had rust spots!  We're hoping to buy RP's silver ware now!  Thanks RP!  ~Matthew & Kayle P.



Ray and Joanne, My wife, Andria, and I set out to your demonstration a couple of years ago and came with little idea of what to expect.  My wife was interested in the free offers, but upon leaving there, we hardly remembered what the free benefits were because we were excited about the products we had ordered.  As the cook of our household, I was immediately excited about the cookware as my mother used similar products over 30 years ago.  And this was even better!  As soon as we received the cooking system, our cooking and heating habits changed and improved drastically for the better!

The whistle tops and the sturdy cookware have made cooking that much more enjoyable.  When we joined a weight lost system, they proved to be even more valuable.  The ease in which we can cook fresh or frozen vegetables made it easy for the two of use to loose a combined 50 pounds!!

Having had the cookware and tableware for a couple of years now, we couldn't be happier.  We have purchased additional pieces to round out the collection and they suit our needs to a "Tee".  They still look as good as ever and are a breeze to take care of.

Dear Ray, You are too good to be true!  My husband and I bought our Royal Prestige pans from you 4 years ago.  At that time, you offered to come to our house and show us how to use the pans.  In fact, you even said you'd cook us dinner!  I must admit, I have not done much cooking up until recently.  And by now, I had forgotten how to correctly use my pans.

Although I didn't expect your "in-home service" offer to be available after so much time, I decided to call you and ask anyway.  To my surprise, you sounded glad I had called and made an appointment to come over in a few days.

Ray and Joanne, Dina and I wanted to write to you and Thank You for the products we purchases July 19, 2001.  We attended your product demonstration in Andover for the opportunity of the trips.  My profession is in retail sales and I NEVER buy with out sleeping on it for a few days.  If the thought stays with me for a few days after I usually buy.  Your sales approach is very relaxed, but very Professional.  Dina and I are to be married in May of 2002, and we are always doing something for the wedding.  In fact, Dina gets frustrated with me because I am not impulsive.  I can tell you right now "We are NOT returning our purchase!"  My fiance was interested in the Cutlery set right away and was determined to buy them that night.  Because I am in love, I agreed but I was reluctant.  I am the cook in this family and I wanted a great set of pots and pans to cook with .  After the video and the cooking demonstration I wanted the Pots and Pans.  So needless to say, we bought the 14-piece set and from then on "Let The Cooking Begin"...

The cost of the set we purchased was expensive for us and it came out of our wedding fund so we were anxious to get the products and see what we got ourselves in for.  They arrived as you said they would and we followed the instructions to prep the cookware.  The next day I was watching the video and Dina had already had the knives set in the block and began re-arranging our kitchen around those knives.  She Loves those knives more than me so I behave or I will end up cut into pieces!!!  If you know what I mean.  We have retired our old set of knives and we use those knives exclusively.  I have not been able to master the pans yet but I will keep trying.  I think the pots and pans are the best thing we will purchase in our lives and our grand children will be using them when the time comes.  I am glad they have a lifetime warranty; while I am learning at least I know if I really mess up I can get a new one.  They are the easiest things to clean so I love that!

Dear Ray & Joanne, Eric and I first came across Royal Prestige about 2 years ago at the bridal expo at the Best Western in Fitchburg.  I was so taken by the Midnight Mood pattern, as well as my husband (fiance at the time).  We then decided to start our Royal Prestige collection.  We chose the MARINA crystal to go with this pattern and the MALTESE ROSE for Flatware.

It was in truth, the best purchase we've ever made.  This year we have purchased additional pieces to our collection and I can honestly say it still brings a smile to our face when we set our dining room table for an old fashioned family meal.

We spoke earlier today when I placed an add on order for a couple of pans.  Could you please send me an updated catalog and pricing with my order?  I know there are more pieces I would like to get.  Thanks again for all your help.  I bought my original set of cookware prior to getting married in 2000.  When I first received them I refused to throw away my non-stick pans thinking there was no way I could cook everything you said I could with my new pans.  It wasn't long before my old pans were in the trash.  Cooking my Royal Prestige pans was effortless, and my food even seemed to have more flavor.

I have added to my original set a few times now because they are so easy to clean and look like they have never been used even after four years of daily use.  I know not to waste my time or money on the cheap stuff.  My sister received a very expensive set of cookware from Italy at her wedding shower 2 years ago, her pans look like they are used everyday (I assure you the are not!) she doesn't cook as much as I do.  I am still amazed at the quality and resilience of my pans!  When I would talk to people who have had their Royal Prestige pans for 20 plus years and they would tell me how they still look new I used to think to myself year right, sure they do... now I know better!  Thanks for a great product!  I cant' wait to get my new pans!!

I started collecting Royal Prestige when I was about 27. Having good quality China means a lot to me. Every Christmas, Grandma would dress up her table with her lovely China --it was obvious that she was very proud to be able to serve her family holiday meals on such fine dinnerware. Dear Ray and Joanne,

We attended one of your seminars, over a year now, at the Sheridan Hotel in Framingham, MA, where you showed us a demonstration of the cookware and other products from Royal Prestige. At first we were very skepical because the products seemed too good to be true. The main reason why we went honestly was to get the free vacation package, which, I am sure is the main reason why most people some to the seminar... But after everything was said and done, my finace and I both decided that the products were a great deal, especially the 50-year-warranty and would love to try them out. Well, we just wanted to let you know how happy we are about purchasing the 10-Piece Cookware Set! It was the best investment we have ever made!

That day we decided to go with the whole kit and caboodle and get the 10 Piece Cookware Set, the Block Cutlery Set, and Dinnerware Set. It did seem expensive at first, but when we relized the quality of the products and the warranty, it was totally worth the money. The day that we go all of the products, I will never forget, the quality and the "heavy-dutiness" of all of them were unbievable! The thickness of the silverware was crazy because I was always used to the cheap stuff that were very easliy scratched, broken, or bendable. Then the knife set was totally great due to the sharpness and the structure of the handles. Then the best of all was the cookware, totally heavy and shiny, and the day we used them to cook with was phenomenal!

I Will never forget the first day we used the cookware to cook some broccoli and chicken. We totally were not prepared to cook the vegetables without lifting the cover and stirring them around, my fiance started to do that and I had to tell hime not to! It was easy to cook them, just wait for the whistle and shut off! A few minutes later, we had awesome tasting broccoli-with no butter or spices added, they tasted as if they came right out of a garden!

Overall, everything we have cooked so far on the Royal Pretige cookware, has been the best tasting, juicy, succulent food we've ever had! i totally would recommend these products from Royal Pretige to anyone, especially engaged or newlywed couples. We completely love the products and of course the 50 year warranty - you cannot beat that!
